Made to order items get sent directly from our studio in Bali (we do this because it is the most environmentally friendly option).
The production window is about 1-3 days. We ship via DHL which takes 3-7 days to arrive depending on your destination (to most US cities and major European cities it take 4 days).

All leather must be cleaned by a professional leather cleaning service. Most dry cleaners offer this service or can refer you to someone who does.
Pieces with fabric in addition to leather: It is possible to hand wash and spot clean the fabric portion, but be cautious to keep water and cleaning agents away from the leather.
