ORDERING & PAYMENT
Accepted Payment Methods We accept orders with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club International, PayPal, Gpay, & Apple Pay.
Issues with Pay Methods If your credit card was declined, your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.
READY TO WEAR items are our designs made in our standard sizes. They are ready to ship and currently ship from California unless your order contains another item that is made to order or from Ekoluxe our sister brand.
MADE TO ORDER items are not made until you order them, unless otherwise stated we make them in 1-4 days and then ship them to you directly from our studio in Bali.
BESPOKE means that the item is custom made just for you to your measurements and specifications. These items take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to make depending on the item.
PRE ORDER items are an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available.

We are required to collect sales tax for all orders being shipped to addresses in California.
If you contact our Customer Care team via email at customerservice@lovekhaos.com providing your order number and the promo code we will be happy to apply it to your order if it is still valid.
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
We can make changes to your order (size, color, shipping address, etc) if you get in touch with us within 2 hours of ordering. After 2 hours it's possible we have already started making or shipping your order - you can still try to reach us & if we haven't begun we can make the changes but we cannot make any guarantees after the 2 hours.
Should you want to cancel your order we charge a 3% restocking fee that the credit card company charges us to process payment regardless if we fill the order or not.
Check your spam folder first, it may have gone there. Otherwise it is likely that you may have made a spelling mistake when typing your email in your customer profile. Please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide!
Unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar at the top of the page, all ready to ship pieces are sent via USPS from USA or with Fedex from Bali and usually go out within 1-3 working days. Made to order items have specific time windows outlined in their descriptions, most of them take 1-5 days to make. Bespoke items vary between 2-8 weeks and you will be given the appropriate window for creation and delivery when you order. If you are in a rush to receive a bespoke item please contact us and let us know when you need your pieces by. We are happy to do what we can to expedite nearly any order.
Please note that the fulfillment and shipping times quoted on each product page are estimated to our best ability. Occasionally due to local or transit country holidays, acts of nature, etc. things can slow down or happen with the courier that are beyond our control.
*Packages are taking longer to arrive due to the global pandemic, especially international orders sent via USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, were all in this together.*
USA Orders - Orders over $250 ship for free! For ready to wear items we offer services from both USPS and UPS, everything from First Class to Next Day. These delivery times vary depending on your location and will be clearly spelled out at checkout.
If your item is made to order it will ship via DHL or FEDEX from our studio and will take 4-7 days depending on your location. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a service more expedited than that at this time.
International Orders - For ready to wear items you have an option to use DHL or USPS. DHL arrives in 2-4 days, packages sent with USPS usually take 3-7 Days to Canada, 5-21 days to Europe, 7-21 Days to Australia, 7-21 days everywhere else. These are estimates, if you are looking for a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend you select DHL shipping.
If your item is made to order it will ship via DHL or FEDEX from our studio and will take 4-7 days depending on your location. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a service more expedited than that at this time.
Apologies but with DHL we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
In the Shopping Cart we offer an option to have your order sent with signature required for delivery. If you do not select this option some couriers may leave the package at your door if you are not home. By not electing to sign for the package you are accepting full responsibility should something happen after it has been delivered to you.
When it only says "shipping" at checkout it means that the two items you are purchasing are being sent from different places. One is coming from our HQ in San Francisco via USPS first class and the other Is coming via DHL or FEDEX from our studio in Bali.
First Class takes 2-5 days to arrive domestically (in the USA) and 7-30 days internationally.
DHL and FEDEX takes 2-7 days to arrive to all destinations globally.
Apologies at this time we aren't able to offer a customization to this.
If you purchased something from both Ekoluxe & Love Khaos your items may ship separately as some Love Khaos orders are shipped from California. In that situation the shipping prices are calculated separately based on the weight of the items being sent from both locations. If your order qualifies for free shipping from Love Khaos it also qualifies for free shipping from Ekoluxe.
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
Customs charges (VAT/tax) vary between countries and are the responsibility of the customer. Rest assured we try our best to send packages in a way that ensures you pay MINIMAL VAT. If this is a concern for you please add a note with any vital info we should know at checkout.
Please check if you have received a missed delivery card and that your parcel hasn’t been left in a safe space, with a concierge or at a neighbour’s address. If the parcel has still not been found, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@lovekhaos.com for further assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for size or color. Your item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags attached. You cannot exchange anything custom, marked as "Sale" or "Sample", worn, damaged, washed, covered in deodorant or pet hair, or altered in any way.

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns for some items in new condition. Please note returns must be received within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or within 14 days for a refund back to your original payment method. All original tags must be attached, hygienic lingers in place and intact, and item must be in its original condition.
Here's the fine print. You CAN NOT return anything that is bespoke/custom (bespoke does not mean made to order), marked as "Sale" or "Sample", worn, damaged, washed, covered in deodorant or pet hair, or altered in any way.
We issue refunds and store credits as soon as we receive your item but it takes 2-10 business days to process into your account depending on your method of payment. We suggest you send your return with tracking as they are your responsibility until they arrive back to us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable & we charge a restocking fee of between 1- 5% depending on the payment method (paypal and afterpay being the highest at 5%) which is the cost that credit card processors charge us in nonrefundable fees when we process your return.

Since we need to pay our brand ambassadors and affiliates a commission we have a shorter return window for purchases made using their links and promo codes.
You have 14 days from the date the package arrives to return it for a refund. The other aspects of our return policies are otherwise the same (see question above for details).

All returns must be accompanied with some paper that indicates your order number and who you are or we will not be able to process the return. Packages are you responsibility until we sign for them so please send them with signature and tracking number to ensure they arrive.
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customerservice@lovekhaos.com with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items or try to alter them in any way prior to reaching out.
GIFT CARDS
You will be emailed a code, and there will be a space at the checkout to put in the code.
No, our gift cards and store credit never expire.

You can sign up to be a Love Khaos and/or Ekoluxe brand ambassador via this link. Its super quick and easy to sign up.
We assign you a promocode (that's the same as your instagram handle) as well as a link so you can share them across all of your social platforms.
Every time someone uses the code they get 10% off their purchase and you get 10% of the sale as a commision paid in cash.
You get paid out via paypal after the 15 day return window is over.
You cannot earn commission from using your own promo code. You cannot share the promocode on any online coupon websites or official Love Khaos, or Ekoluxe social media posts or advertisements.
We reserve the right to remove/cancel codes and revoke pending payouts if we believe you do not adhere to our rules and/or guidelines.
If you have a well-loved or damaged item this can be returned to our studio, where we can assess whether it is possible to be repaired. Used and worn items should be returned to us in a clean condition, please note items received in an unacceptable state of cleanliness will be returned without assessment or repair. Worn items that have been damaged by general wear and tear are not to be considered as faulty. Repairs will be free of charge but the shipping costs to and from our studio in Bali will be the responsibility of the customer. Any changes will be confirmed before fixing the garment commences. We recognize that despite being as eco friendly and sustainable as possible we still have a carbon footprint. To make anything from a sandwich to a sweatshirt it requires resources that have some impact on the earth and its atmosphere. Because honesty and transparency are just as important to us as sustainability, we want to keep it real with you (and mother earth).
