SHIPPING

We ship worldwide & we offer free shipping on orders over $250.

To keep our carbon footprint as low as possible all pieces are made to order within 2-4 days and sent via DHL or FEDEX directly from our studio In Bali, Indonesia.

Most orders will arrive between 4-7 business days & must be signed for.

Apologies but we are unable to offer expedited/next day shipping at this time.

We are not responsible for any import tax or VAT your country decides you must pay but we do our best to help minimize that amount in any way we can. If this is a major concern for you please add a note with any vital info we should know at checkout.

If you purchased something from both Ekoluxe & Love Khaos your items may ship separately as many Love Khaos orders are shipped from California. If coming from different places, the shipping prices are calculated separately based on the weight of the items. The upside is if your order qualifies for free shipping from Ekoluxe it also qualifies for free shipping from Love Khaos.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each Ekoluxe piece is handmade to order — just for you— we do not offer refunds or cancellations. We offer exchanges only, within 30 days of delivery. You can exchange for a different size or color or for a gift certificate that's good for 1 year. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us right away — we will absolutely make it right (by repairing or replacing as needed).

Here's the fine print. You CAN NOT return anything that has a custom (non standard) inseam, torso or sleeve length, marked as "Sale" or "Sample" including items purchased at a discount using a promo code, worn, damaged, washed, covered in pet(animal) or human hair, covered in deodorant marks, or altered in any way.

Make sure to package your item securely, and include your invoice or some documentation with your order number so we know that it's yours. We suggest you send your return with tracking and signature required as they are your responsibility until they arrive back to us.

Shipping and VAT / Import charges are non-refundable.
